Minimum content of the electronic invoice
The electronic invoice must contain ALL and each of the data that is required in a paper invoice. In accordance with the current regulations that regulate billing obligations, the following mandatory fields are required as requirements for all invoices:
- Invoice number
- Expedition date
- Company name of the sender and receiver
- NIF/CIF of the issuer and receiver
- Descriptive detail of the operations
- Tax bases
- Tax rate
- Tax rate
