What are the purposes of processing your personal data?
The main purpose of the treatment is the management and control of files related to personnel, interns and direct collaborators of the CLPU Consortium, including training, prevention of occupational risks and management of payroll and social security.
How long will we keep your data?
The data obtained will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the responsibilities that may arise from that purpose and the treatment of the data. The regulations on documentation storage and archiving will be applicable.
The economic data will be kept according the General Tax Act (Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria).
What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b) of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
The processing of your data is also necessary for compliance with the legal obligations to which the CLPU Consortium is subject, as provided in article 6.1.c) GDPR. Among others, these obligations are those established in the following rules:
- Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of 30 October, by which the consolidated text of the Law on the Basic Statute of Civil Service is approved.
- Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of 23 October, by which the consolidated text of the Law on the Workers’ Statute is approved.
Likewise, the processing is legitimated when it is necessary for the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of the Center, as provided in article 6..1.f) of the GDPR.
Finally, in certain cases the processing is legitimated by the consent of the workers for one or several specific purposes, as stated in article 6.1.a) of the GDPR.
Who will your data be disclosed to?
The data will be disclosed to the Spanish Public Treasury and Tax Agency (AEAT), National Social Security Institute (INSS), General Treasury of the Social Security, Court of Auditors (TCU), General Controller of the State Administration (IGAE), insurance companies, collaborative mutual societies with the Social Security Institute, occupational risk prevention company, financial entities, trade unions, judicial bodies, State Attorney, Public Prosecutor and other entites authorized by law or other cases in which there is a legal obligation.
The international transfer of your data is not expected.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Without prejudice to the rights provided by the General Regulation for Data Protection and development regulations, you have the right to obtain confirmation about whether the CLPU is processing personal data that concerns you or not. You also have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data. You may object the processing of your data for a specific purpose, if said processing is not necessary for the fulfilment, development and control of the main purpose of this file. You may request the erasure of your data when the relationship binding you to the Center ends and when we no longer have legal reasons to use it. In some circumstances, you may request the restriction of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep it for the legally regulated purposes.

What are the available complaint procedures?
If you consider that your rights have not been adequately met, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: https://sedeagpd.gob.es/sede-electronica-web/.
