Real Property
The only property owned by CLPU is Building M5 located in the Scientific Park of the University of Salamanca, in the municipality of Villamayor de la Armuña (Salamanca). The land on which CLPU has been built is real property owned by the University of Salamanca, and the surface rights were granted to the Consortium free of charge and at no cost, as stated in clause six of the Collaboration Agreement signed for the establishment of the Pulsed Lasers Center Consortium, for the construction of the building.
