Lasers4EU integrates the leading laser research infrastructures from numerous EU Member States into a virtual and distributed infrastructure that provides a broad user community—from both academia and industry—with access to an exceptional portfolio of technical and scientific capabilities.
The main objectives of Lasers4EU are:

To provide coordinated access to high-quality services through a coherent and comprehensive consortium of 27 leading European laser facilities, offering academic and industrial users cutting-edge performance at the forefront of laser technologies;

To structure the European landscape of laser research infrastructure by enhancing access, expanding geographical coverage, fostering innovative science diplomacy activities, and strengthening synergies with other European networks and projects;

To grow European human resources in the field of laser science by implementing training activities targeting researchers from emerging scientific and technological fields and from geographic regions where laser communities are still underdeveloped.
