The development and testing of low-cost commercial CMOS cameras with a converter plate located at a very short distance from the CMOS chip is proposed. Experimental campaigns will be carried out in VEGA3 for the generation of the products of specific conversion reactions and the study of the CMOS response to them. After testing the feasibility of CMOS detectors for neutron dosimetry, software will be developed for real-time processing of traces and separation of noise and gamma events. Once this network matrix (TCPIP) is integrated and managed, a spatially accurate dosimetric map can be obtained in real time.
