He joined the CLPU scientific team in July 2013. He had previously been to the University of the Basque Country, where he completed his doctoral thesis in one of the teams in the Consolider SAUUL project, coordinated by Luis Roso. Later, he was at the University of Salamanca, in the research group of the CLPU director. Since the presentation of his doctoral thesis, he collaborates with the main researcher and with several other researchers from the team in capable plasma-lasers specialized in ion acceleration. In addition, it develops various systems for measuring accelerated particle energies, specifically the Thomson parabola.
