It advises the Rector Council on the CLPU scientific and technological activities, programs and plans, and it proposes future tasks in order to improve the quality and scope of works.
It is made up of internationally renowned scientists not belonging to the facility (between 8 to 10) of the fields related to the purpose and activities of the Consortium. It is the highly qualified Committee that assists the Rector Council in the technical decisions.
It shall draw up a four-year advisory report on the opportunities, development perspectives and future capabilities of the Centre. It shall submit the report to the Rector Council to guide the CLPU strategy.
