Description:
The project aim is to start from the experience gained in the last years by the two teams in CLPU and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) and build a research project dedicated to advance in the comprehension of ion interaction with plasmas. The past series of experiments performed at the CLPU and in other similar laser systems have shown that Ultra-fast PW-class lasers like VEGA at CLPU can be successfully used to investigate such phenomena and, in some cases, expand the capabilities of such studies. .
