Instructions for Posters
- The Poster Session will be run in a Zoom Meeting connection different from the one we will use for the event. There, we will create 25 dedicated rooms, one per poster participant. Taking into account this:
- Please, check in which Poster Session you are in order to know what day at what hour you must be connected and which your room will be.
- Connect to the Zoom Poster Session at least 30 minutes before the Session in order to check you can share your screen without any problem and that everything is right.
- The rest of participants could go in and out of each room to watch the poster and ask questions and do comments during the whole Poster Session.
- Conventional poster presentation is possible, even if, we recommend to split your poster into several slides similarly as a talk presentation to facilitate the visitors.
- To facilitate the participation of all, we ask you to send your poster in a pdf format, so we can upload it on the website and people can watch it when he/she wants taking into account the time zone of each country. Deadline for sending the poster is 2th of June. You can send it to comunicacion@clpu.es
- The link to the Zoom Meeting for Poster Session will be uploaded with every link on a private webpage. Its address and the password you need to access will be sent some days before the meeting starts.
