  • Design, simulation, commissioning, and optimization of accelerator components including injector LINACs, beam transport lines, bunch compression systems, magnetic optics, and diagnostic sections.
  • Development of Ultra High Dose Rate (UHDR) beam delivery concepts, ultra-high dose rate irradiation platforms, and advanced dosimetric methodologies.
  • Experimental and numerical studies of high-brightness electron beams, coherent radiation generation, beam manipulation, and plasma-based acceleration mechanisms.
  • Leadership and coordination of accelerator research facilities and experimental platforms, with responsibility for infrastructure development, operation, and strategic planning.
  • Participation in international accelerator projects including CERN CLEAR, HYBRILIN, APPLE, EuPRAXIA/EuAPS, SOLARIS Injector Upgrade, and laser-plasma accelerator programs at CLPU.
  • Extensive experience in feasibility studies, experiment design, beamline implementation, data acquisition, simulation activities (ASTRA, MAD-X, Elegant), and advanced data analysis.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary collaborations involving accelerator physics, medical physics, dosimetry, synchrotron science, plasma physics, and advanced radiation source development.
  • Supervision of PhD, MSc, and undergraduate students, together with teaching activities in beam dynamics, accelerator physics, plasma acceleration, and experimental physics.
  • Editorial and peer-review activities for leading international journals in accelerator physics, plasma physics, photonics, and applied radiation sciences.
