Increased protein turnover contributes to development of pulmonary fibrosis

27 julio 2015

A new mechanism that contributes to the development of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis has been identified by researchers. They showed that the pathological changes of lung tissue are accompanied by an increase in protein turnover by the central protein degradation machinery of the cell — the proteasome.img src=»http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/sciencedaily/~4/mFZ5UKHla18″ height=»1″ width=»1″ alt=»»/
