{"id":731,"date":"2014-04-09T12:14:37","date_gmt":"2014-04-09T12:14:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.clpu.es\/mechatronics-terms\/"},"modified":"2023-07-12T07:17:24","modified_gmt":"2023-07-12T07:17:24","slug":"mechatronics-terms","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.clpu.es\/en\/mechatronics-terms\/","title":{"rendered":"Mechatronics Terms &#038; Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The access system to our facilities is governed by the approved <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clpu.es\/src\/uploads\/2014\/04\/SummaryAccessPolicyEng-3a0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Access Policy<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Users of this laser system shall read and accept the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clpu.es\/src\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Terms-and-conditionsMechatronics-c0d.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terms and Conditions of Use<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Requests are accepted <strong>on a rolling basis throughout the year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In order to manage properly the service, <strong>all applications <\/strong><strong>should be sent well in advance<\/strong>, as it is necessary to analyze the feasibility of the service requested, determine material and human resources needed for its development.<\/p>\n<p>Services may be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Delegated Service<\/strong>: The CLPU technicians and\/or scientists will carry out the service according to the applicant&#8217;s instructions. The applicant may not be present during the service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Assisted Service<\/strong>: The applicant will personally monitor the service, which will be carried out with the permanent assistance and collaboration of CLPU technicians and\/or scientists.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apart from the users&#8217; name, their institution and title given to the service, CLPU shall not disclose any other information regarding services carried out for third parties in the Center without their authorization.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The access system to our facilities is governed by the approved Access Policy Users of this laser system shall read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Use.
