{"id":704,"date":"2014-04-08T15:44:51","date_gmt":"2014-04-08T15:44:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.clpu.es\/ulamp_terms\/"},"modified":"2023-07-12T07:14:36","modified_gmt":"2023-07-12T07:14:36","slug":"ulamp-terms","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.clpu.es\/en\/ulamp-terms\/","title":{"rendered":"Ulamp Terms &#038; Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"subtit_section h3_tit_line\">Ultrashort Laser Applications and Micromaterial Processing<\/h3>\n<p>The access system to our facilities is governed by the approved <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clpu.es\/src\/uploads\/2014\/04\/SummaryAccessPolicyEng-3a0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Access Policy.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Users of this laser system shall read and accept the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clpu.es\/src\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Terms-and-conditionsULAMP-9ac.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terms and Conditions of Use.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Requests are accepted<strong> on a rolling basis throughout the year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to manage properly the service, <strong>all applications should be sent well in advance<\/strong>, as it is necessary to analyze the feasibility of the experimental proposals, determine the material and human resources needed for its development and prepare or adapt the experimental stations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Services may be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><strong>Delegated Service<\/strong>: The CLPU technicians and\/or scientists will carry out the service according to the applicant&#8217;s instructions. The applicant may not be present during the service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Assisted Service<\/strong>: The applicant will personally monitor the service, which will be carried out with the permanent assistance and collaboration of CLPU technicians and\/or scientists.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apart from the users&#8217; name, their institution and project title, CLPU shall not disclose any other information regarding projects developed by third parties in the Center without their authorization.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ultrashort Laser Applications and Micromaterial Processing The access system to our facilities is governed by the approved Access Policy.
