{"id":695,"date":"2014-04-07T14:25:11","date_gmt":"2014-04-07T14:25:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.clpu.es\/microscopy-terms\/"},"modified":"2023-07-12T07:16:04","modified_gmt":"2023-07-12T07:16:04","slug":"microscopy-terms","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.clpu.es\/en\/microscopy-terms\/","title":{"rendered":"Microscopy TERMS &#038; CONDITIONS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The access system to our facilities is governed by the approved <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clpu.es\/src\/uploads\/2014\/04\/SummaryAccessPolicyEng-3a0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Access Policy<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Users of the Microscopy Service shall read and accept the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clpu.es\/src\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Terms-and-conditions10-6ca.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terms and Conditions of Use<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Requests are accepted <strong style=\"line-height: 1.538em;\">on a rolling basis throughout the year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to manage properly the service, <strong style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.538em;\">all applications<\/strong><strong style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.538em;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-mce-mark=\"1\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><strong style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.538em;\">should be sent with, at least, one week notice<\/strong>. Their admission will depend on the availability of the Service.<\/p>\n<p>Services may be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"bottom20\"><strong>Delegated Service:&nbsp;<\/strong>The CLPU technicians and\/or scientists will carry out the service according to the applicant&#8217;s instructions. The applicant may not be present during the service.<\/li>\n<li class=\"bottom20\"><strong>Assisted Service<\/strong>: The applicant will personally monitor the service, which will be carried out with the permanent assistance and collaboration of CLPU technicians and\/or scientists.<\/li>\n<li class=\"bottom20\"><strong>Unassisted Service<\/strong>: Only in certain cases, users could be authorized to screen the images personally, under appropriate control and supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In any case, <strong>users shall be responsible for the preparations of the specimens<\/strong>, according to the instructions detailed by the technician in charge of the Microscopy Service. CLPU reserves the right to refuse any specimens that not fulfill requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from the users&#8217; name, their institution and project title, CLPU shall not disclose any other information regarding projects developed by third parties in the Center without their authorization.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The access system to our facilities is governed by the approved Access Policy Users of the Microscopy Service shall read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Use.
