It governs the facility. The Chairman and Vice-chairman are annual rotating higher up positions between the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness and the Autonomous Community of Castilla y Le\u00f3n. Also, the Rector Council is composed of nine board members, three of each founding institution of the Consortium, and one Secretary (chosen by de Rector of the &#8216;Universidad de Salamanca&#8217;).
