Managing Director<\/strong><\/p>\n

Among its attributions, the Executive Commission has the appointment of those responsible for the area of the facility. The Personnel Selection Commission directed by the President of said Commission appointed the holder of this position who would also be in charge of the functions of the person in charge of the Management Area. Among its functions is that of advising the Director, as the head of the Consortium, in the matters pertaining to its training and mission, especially those of an administrative and economic nature, trying to optimize existing resources to be a more effective and efficient facility.<\/p>\n

These positions are not considered managers and in any case would be subject to the maximum remuneration established in RD 451\/2012, of March 5, which regulates the remuneration regime of the highest managers and managers in the public business sector and other entities.<\/p>\n
