According to the article 17 of Law 19\/2013, December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, the Consoritum of Spanish Center for Pulsed Lasers handles access requests to public information.<\/p>\n

You can submit an application, that will be send to the Transparency Portal, by the following link: Transparency Portal of the General Government Administration<\/a>  <\/p>\n

Transparency: Access to Information<\/h3>\n

In compilance with the Regulation (EU) 2016\/679, April 27th 2016, we do hereby inform you that the personal data you provide through this form and its attached documents will be added to the file “Transparency: Access to the information”, which the Consortium for the design, construction, equipment and exploitation of the Spanish Pulsed Lasers Center CLPU (protecciondatos@clpu.es<\/a>) is responsible for, which the purpose of managing your request for access to public information, in accordance with article 17 of Law 19\/2013, of Decemeber 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance.<\/em><\/p>\n

The data will be disclosed to the Council of Transparency and Good Governance, judicial bodies, State Attorney,  Ministry to which CLPU is attached to, other Administrations (where applicable) and other entities authorized by law or other cases in which there is a legal obligation.<\/em><\/p>\n
