The regulations on documentation storage and archiving will be applicable.<\/p>\n<p>If the processing is based on your express consent, we will keep your data until you request the termination of their processing.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subtit_section h3_tit_line\">What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?<\/h3>\n<p>The processing of your data to manage the recruitment procedures for CLPU is necessary for compliance with the legal obligations to which the CLPU Consortium is subject, as provided in article 6.1.c) of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Among others, these obligations are those established in the following rules:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Royal Legislative Decree 5\/2015, of 30 October, by which the consolidated text of the Law on the Basic Statute of Civil Service is approved.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Royal Legislative Decree 2\/2015, of 23 October, by which the consolidated text of the Law on the Workers&#8217; Statute is approved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (article 6.1.b) GDPR).<\/p>\n<p>The processing of your data in case of speculative job applications or for sending of information related to future personnel needs that may arise in our Center will only be legitimate if you have given us your express consent.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subtit_section h3_tit_line\">Who will your data be disclosed to?<\/h3>\n<p>The data will be not disclosed to third parties unless in cases in which there is a legal obligation.&nbsp;&nbsp;The international transfer of your data is not expected either.<strong>What are your rights when you provide us with your data?<\/strong>Without prejudice to the rights provided by the General Regulation for Data Protection and development regulations, you have the right to obtain <strong>confirmation<\/strong> about whether the CLPU is processing personal data that concerns you or not.&nbsp; You also have the right to <strong>access<\/strong> your personal data, as well as to request the <strong>rectification<\/strong> of inaccurate data. You may <strong>object<\/strong> the processing of your data for a specific purpose, if said processing is not necessary for the fulfilment, development and control of the main purpose of this file. You may request the <strong>erasure<\/strong> of your data when the relationship binding you to the Center ends and when we no longer have legal reasons to use it. In some circumstances, you may request the <strong>restriction<\/strong> of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep it for the legally regulated purposes.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subtit_section h3_tit_line\">How can you exercise your rights?<\/h3>\n<p>In writing, including a photocopy of your ID card or equivalent document, addressed to the Data Protection Officer of the CLPU (<a href=\"mailto:protecciondatos@clpu.es\">protecciondatos@clpu.es<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subtit_section h3_tit_line\">What are the available complaint procedures?<\/h3>\n<p>If you consider that your rights have not been adequately met, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: <a href=\"https:\/\/sedeagpd.gob.es\/sede-electronica-web\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Spanish Data Protection Agency \u2013 Complaints\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/sedeagpd.gob.es\/sede-electronica-web\/<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DATA PROTECTION Who is Responsible for the processing of your data?
