The regulations on documentation&nbsp;storage and&nbsp;archiving eill be aplicable.<\/p>\n<p>The economic data will be kept according the General Tax Act (Ley 58\/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria).<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subtit_section h3_tit_line\">What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?<\/h3>\n<p>The processing of your data is legitimate as it is necessary for compliance with the legal obligations to which the CLPU Consortium is subject, as provided in article 6.1.c) of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Among others, these obligations are those established in the following rules:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General Budgetary&nbsp;Act (Ley 47\/2003, de 26 de noviembre, General Presupuestaria)<\/li>\n<li>General Tax Act (Ley 58\/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria) &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>General Public-Sector Accounting Plan (Plan General de Contabilidad P\u00fablica)<\/li>\n<li>General Subsidies Act (Ley 38\/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones)<\/li>\n<li>Contracting Act (Ley 9\/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector P\u00fablico)<\/li>\n<li>Public-Sector Legal System Act (Ley 40\/2005, de 1 de octubre, de R\u00e9gimen Jur\u00eddico del Sector P\u00fablico)<\/li>\n<li>Royal Decree on Reimbursement of&nbsp;Expenses&nbsp;(Real Decreto 462\/2002, de 24 de mayo, sobre indemnizaciones por raz\u00f3n del servicio)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"subtit_section h3_tit_line\">Where do the data come from?<\/h3>\n<p>The data come either directly from the interested parties or from their legal or commercial representatives.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subtit_section h3_tit_line\">What data are we dealing with?<\/h3>\n<p>Identifying data (Name and surnames, ID \/ passport, address, telephone, email and signature), details of employment, data of commercial information, economic, financial and insurance data, transactions of goods and services<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subtit_section h3_tit_line\">Who will your data be disclosed to?<\/h3>\n<p>The data will be disclosed to the Spanish Public Treasury and Tax Agency (AEAT), Court of Auditors (TCU), General Comptroller of the State Administration (IGAE), Public Sector Procurement Platform, Public Procurement&nbsp;Registry, financial entities and other entities authorized by law or other cases in which there is a legal obligation.<\/p>\n<p>The international transfer of your data is not expected.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subtit_section h3_tit_line\">What are your rights when you provide us with your data?<\/h3>\n<p>Without prejudice to the rights provided by the General Regulation for Data Protection and development regulations, you have the right to obtain <strong>confirmation<\/strong> about whether the CLPU is processing personal data that concerns you or not.&nbsp; You also have the right to <strong>access<\/strong> your personal data, as well as to request the <strong>rectification<\/strong> of inaccurate data. You may <strong>object<\/strong> the processing of your data for a specific purpose, if said processing is not necessary for the fulfilment, development and control of the main purpose of this file. You may request the <strong>erasure<\/strong> of your data when the relationship binding you to the Center ends and when we no longer have legal reasons to use it.
