Rector Council
It is the main managing body. It governs the facility. The Chairman and Vice-chairman are annual rotating higher up positions between the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness and the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León. Also, the Rector Council is composed of nine board members, three of each founding institution of the Consortium, and one Secretary (chosen by de Rector of the 'Universidad de Salamanca'). The Director of CLPU has to attend all the Rector Council Meetings, but he and the Secretary are non-voting participants.
